To subscribe to the two yearly updates ONLY:

Yearly updates are issued to correct EU policy information that has been reviewed or changed, and to replace out of date material. In order to compile the manual successfully we recommend you purchase a subscription annually.

Please note — subscriptions run on an annual basis from January to December.
